1. Acceptance of Terms By making a purchase at IT Protections, the customer accepts the terms and conditions described herein. These terms may be modified without prior notice; updates will be published on our website or in our stores.

   • Product Description: The information and specifications of the products (UPS, batteries, and accessories) are detailed in each product sheet. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product meets their requirements.
   • Availability: The availability of products is subject to inventory. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be informed to offer alternative options or to process a refund.

3. Prices and Payments

   • Prices: The prices indicated include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, respecting the confirmed prices of orders already placed.
   • Payment Methods: We accept payments by cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in full before the product is delivered.
   • Billing: The invoice will be issued according to the information provided by the customer and will be delivered in physical form at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

   • Shipping Coverage: We ship nationwide.
   • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method chosen.
   • Shipping Costs: Shipping expenses will be calculated at the time of purchase and will depend on the customer's location and the most convenient mode of transport chosen.
   • Product Receipt: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the indicated address to receive the product on the agreed delivery date.

5. Warranty

   • Warranty Period: UPS and batteries come with a warranty starting from the date of purchase, which varies depending on the product purchased.
   • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures in operation under normal usage conditions.
   • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications. Batteries have a limited warranty due to the nature of their lifecycle.

6. Returns and Exchanges

   • Damaged or Defective Products: If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must notify our company to initiate the replacement or refund process.
   • Return Costs: The costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors in shipping by our company.

7. Responsibility

   • Use of the Product: The customer is responsible for the correct installation and use of the purchased products, following safety recommendations. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of UPS and batteries.
